The Producer

Yuliya Panchenko is an internationally renowned boudoir photographer and educator, often celebrated as the "Queen of Boudoir" and "Mother of Sensuality", and the “Master of Posing.” She is the founder of "Believe in Boudoir," the world's largest educational platform for boudoir photography. Throughout her career, Yuliya has been dedicated to teaching the art of sensuality, boudoir, and artistic nude photography. Born and raised in a conservative country, she faced significant challenges as a woman, needing to conceal her lifestyle. Despite facing judgment, control, and oppression, she has emerged as the most influential figure in boudoir and nude photography globally. Having photographed over a thousand individuals and couples, Yuliya has mastered the art of posing, lighting, and intimate storytelling.

Continuing her impactful journey, she is now producing a film that chronicles the experiences of a lesbian boudoir photographer in an oppressive regime. Through this film, Yuliya hopes to inspire boudoir photographers and clients worldwide to advocate for their freedom of expression, challenge the restrictions on this beautiful art form, and foster societal acceptance of this genre of photography.

The Director

Eliar Tabrizi is an American-Iranian director, cinematographer, and co-founder of Believe in Boudoir. Raised in post-revolutionary Iran and later fighting for democracy and freedom in the Middle East, Eliar witnessed severe forms of women's oppression. His experiences profoundly influenced his commitment to promoting gender equality and self-expression. After marrying Yuliya Panchenko, he joined forces with her to advance these causes.

A staunch feminist, Eliar believes that women should enjoy equal rights with men, be fully independent to support their families, and have autonomy over their bodies, free from ownership by any man or government. His childhood in an oppressive Iranian regime and his identity as an American-Iranian fueled his lifelong dedication to fighting for women's freedom.

Eliar pursued his passion for filmmaking at Full Sail University, where he earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees in film production. His film "The Boudoir Photographer" is based on the true events and observations from his life in the Middle East. Through this film, Eliar aims to inspire women to fight for their basic human rights.
